Welcome to Grassroots Development Consultants.
We are a team of consultants based in Sri Lanka working primarily in the fields of Sexual and Reproductive Health, Gender and HIV & AIDS.
We believe that sexual and reproductive health, gender and HIV & AIDS have to be part of an integrated approach to preventing new HIV infections, ensuring that people enjoy their sexual and reproductive rights and the right to live full and productive lives regardless of HIV status, gender or sexuality. We believe in ALL our fundamental human rights. We believe in accurate and comprehensive information as opposed to value and moral based education that may limit the knowledge that is shared. We believe that grassroots initiatives can be effective and lifechanging with the right capacity building and empowerment. We believe that everyone has a role to play as we journey forward in the hope of more equitable and conflict-free communities.

We offer a range of services for development agencies and the private sector. We gurantee professionalism, confidentiality and commitment. Our past and current projects underscore the success of this approach.
Our business model is simple. Work for those who can pay us, and then, work for those who cannot. We turn no one away. A minimum of 5% of all revenue is donated back into grassroots initiatives and charities that we champion.
